1. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we offer fully refundable room rates for guests who require maximum flexibility. If you book a fully refundable rate, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. We recommend that you always review the specific cancellation policy applicable to your selected room type and rate plan at the time of booking.

2. Do you have air conditioning in the rooms?
Due to the historic nature of our beautiful 19th-century building, our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Instead, all rooms have windows that open, and we are happy to provide a fan upon request.

3. What types of rooms and suites do you offer?
We have a total of 45 elegantly decorated, en-suite bedrooms spread across three floors. Our room selection includes:

- Apart Comfort (with kitchenette)
All accommodations feature antique-style furniture, high ceilings, and modern amenities.

4. Do you have a fitness center or gym on site?
Yes. Behind the outdoor terrace in the hotel courtyard, there is a private outdoor gym for hotel guests. Because it is located behind a fence, it offers a quiet environment for working out. There is also a designated area on the terrace with bike racks for parking bicycles.

5. Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, parking is available for our guests. The parking area is located approximately 20 meters from the hotel. price 21 Eur per day. Due to limited capacity, advance reservation is required. We therefore recommend contacting our 24/7 reception in advance to secure your parking space.
If all parking spaces are occupied, we will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative parking option nearby or advise you on where street parking is available close to the hotel.

6. Can I bring my pet to Hotel Praga 1885?
Absolutely — we are a pet‑friendly hotel! We welcome well-behaved pets to join you during your stay. There is a small additional charge of CZK 250 per pet, per night. Please note that licensed service animals are always exempt from this fee. Just let us know in advance when making your reservation, and we’ll make sure everything is ready for your four‑legged family member.

7. Are there any grocery stores or supermarkets nearby?
Yes, we understand that having access to everyday essentials can make a big difference, especially for families or guests on longer stays. There is a Tesco supermarket located within easy walking distance of the hotel, where you can purchase snacks, drinks, and any other items you might need during your stay.

8. What are the check‑in and check‑out times?
Our standard check‑in time begins at 3:00 PM (15:00) and continues until midnight. Check‑out is by 11:00 AM. If you have special timing needs — for example, a late flight or an early arrival — simply contact our 24‑hour front desk in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible, and we’re always happy to store your luggage for you free of charge.

At check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo ID and a credit card. The minimum age for check-in is 18.
